Prepress
This is where the process begins. We receive the file from the client, make a sample for their approval, and prepare the offset plates.
We have a photocopying and scanning system for digitalizing old books which do not have a computer file. This unique system transfers the books to film format, from which montage and offset plates are extracted.
Our professional team and top-notch quality equipment are what make this department one of the leading prepress departments in Israel.
Offset
The plates prepared in the prepress department are then transferred here.
In this department we have electronic double color sheet Heidelberg Speedmaster perfector machines, which together with quality book files allow us to achieve flawless precision.
Our professional and experienced printers and quality management team guarantee the highest level of printing.
Bookbinding
The last stage of the production process. Here the printed sheets are folded and bound.
We specialize in a variety of bookbinding techniques:
- Hardback - with a lamination or restored leather finishing and embossed covers. We specialize in a wide variety of embossing types.
- Thermal booklet binding with a possible addition of PUR adhesive or saddle-stitching.
